On December 28, 2021, eight departments including the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology jointly issued the "14th Five-Year Plan for Intelligent Manufacturing Development", proposing that "by 2025 "In 2019, the maturity level of intelligent manufacturing capabilities will be significantly improved", and it was pointed out that "establish a long-term evaluation mechanism and encourage third-party institutions to carry out maturity assessment of intelligent manufacturing capabilities". China Electronics Technology Standardization Institute, together with relevant units, jointly researched and formulated the "Intelligent Manufacturing Capability Maturity Model" (GB/T 39116-2020) and the "Intelligent Manufacturing Capability Maturity Assessment Method" (GB/T 39117-2020) It is a national standard and has been applied by more than 55,000 enterprises across the country during the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" period. The two standards effectively help manufacturing companies identify the current status of intelligent manufacturing, clarify the direction of improvement, and find the next improvement path. In order to further deepen the promotion and application of standards, accelerate the training of intelligent manufacturing professionals, and support and serve the improvement of the maturity level of my country's intelligent manufacturing capabilities, the Electronic Standards Institute now plans to launch an online issue of "Intelligent Manufacturing Capabilities" from March 1 to 3, 2023. Maturity Model" training course, the specific notice is as follows:
1. Training purpose
To help students master the theory of intelligent manufacturing Knowledge, in-depth study of the standard content of the "Intelligent Manufacturing Capability Maturity Model", and understanding of the intelligent manufacturing capability maturity assessment methods. After passing the training and passing the exam, you can participate in the intelligent manufacturing capability maturity standard compliance assessment (hereinafter referred to as the "CMMM® assessment"), as well as the enterprise's intelligent manufacturing process improvement work.
2. Training objects
Business leaders, chief technology officers (CTOs), chief information officers (CIOs), middle and senior management Researchers, smart manufacturing engineers; smart manufacturing suppliers, smart manufacturing service organizations; and those who are engaged in smart manufacturing research and solution implementation, and are interested in engaging in smart factory construction and smart manufacturing capability maturity assessment.
