In order to give full play to the leading and normative role of standards in promoting carbon peak and carbon neutrality in the industrial sector, our ministry has compiled and completed the 2021 carbon peak and carbon neutrality special industry standard formulation and revision project plan. It is now printed and distributed to you, please organize and implement it carefully. Relevant matters are notified as follows:
1. Standard drafting units should focus on the overall coordination of standard formulation and technological innovation, test verification and application promotion.
