Yang Hongxin, Chairman and CEO of Honeycomb Energy, reiterated the main reasons why Honeycomb Energy chose to establish a power battery factory in Suining at the groundbreaking ceremony: First, it is optimistic about the innate advantages of Suining’s lithium battery industry, with Suining, known as the "Lithium Capital of China", has rich lithium salt resources, which can provide Honeycomb Energy with a major source of battery production materials. Secondly, Suining's local lithium battery industry chain is quite mature, and Honeycomb's lithium battery project can be launched in Suining. With the help of the existing local supply chain system, it can also enrich Hive Energy's own industrial chain, form a closed loop of supply chain, and create a terminal lithium battery product.
